Rapidcuts Hardcore. Even if you don't really diet or exercise you'll lose 3lbs a month.
Or in my case. Half a pound a day. I wouldn't suggest it for long term use though. I'm just cleaning the last bits of fat from body after losing 70lbs the healthy way...I've noticed my stomach get noticably firmer in the past 3 days.
Please don't use that stuff. Been there, done that. Exercise is so good for you. I have lost 76 pounds.
