Any tips for an diet and exercise plan?!


Question: this is what i do now..any tips or suggestions...or changes i should make.
MEALS:
- morning: sugar-free jello or yougrt and water
- lunch: salad w/ ranch dressing, croutons or peanut better and jelly sandwhich on white bread and water. every wednesday i eat subway (turkey breast, whole wheat, mustard)
- late afternoon (around 4): sometimes a chocolate granola bar (100 calories)
- dinner: whatever. usually white & brown rice (mixed) with chicken & vegetables, and salad and water or crystal light (10 calories).
EXERCISE (5 or 6 times a week):
- walking: about 10 mintues
- jogging: 10 mintues
- 100 sit ups

-I personally couldnt do sugar free jello just because of the fake sugar, but breakfest sounds very light and easy

lunch: salad w/ ranch dressing, croutons or peanut better and jelly sandwhich on white bread and water. every wednesday i eat subway (turkey breast, whole wheat, mustard)
-Stay away from the dressing and crutons, to spark it up a bt add some nuts or fruit. PB&J are a no no, they are considered more of a desert then a sandwich. Subway sounds good.

-Sounds great but, no water???

dinner: whatever. usually white & brown rice (mixed) with chicken & vegetables, and salad and water or crystal light (10 calories).
- Sounds good.

EXERCISE (5 or 6 times a week):
- walking: about 10 mintues
- jogging: 10 mintues
- 100 sit ups
- Try uping you excersices and cut back on days.
-3 to 4 times
-walk for 15, jog for 20, walk for another 15
-FYI with sit ups make sure you always feel a slight burn right as you finish your set. If you do 20 and feel a slight burn great, if you have to do 500 to feel a slight burn that sucks but great. Just make sure you stomach is a bit worn when you are done doing them(this goes along with the working out 3-4 days a week)
