It depends on your situation.

At lease you are admitting that eating disorder not otherwise specified, most people disagree that they have one. First, you should look at the healthy pyramid and eat more fruits and vegetables, protein, etc. If you want some candy, eat dark chocolate. This chocolate (60% or more coco) is good for you cardiovascular system.

Your BMI is 17.9 is underweight, so you need to gain some weight. A BMI of under 18.5 is considered underweight and you need to take some serious actions now.

It might be a good idea to work a`little harder on: Re`straint!?! & or Self disopline !?! try that in a few different ways & you may find comfort in trying things out in many different ways in order to find ones comfort/zone !?!.

All I can say is first of all you'll need your fruits, veggies, meat and fiber everyday for the three main meals of course you can have a snack every 2 hours like a apple something simple like that. In the mornings you can start off with eating cereal which is very important, have a plate of something you think you can eat it takes about 20 min for the brain to know your actually full so you should take your time eating slowly. And as for the sugar check out the ingredients one thing I highly recommend is if it has anything that says Corn Syrup don't eat it because it just makes you even more hungry and can send bad signals to the brain disorganizing your hunger. Take your time
