How can i lose 10 pounds in a month?!


Question: I'm 5'1 and i weigh 132, i was 124 in November, but then somethings happened that made me eat a lot. I just want to lose the extra weight! Right now i want to be around 120, but it'll take awhile.
What are the foods that i should eat? and the foods that i should AVOID? Is it possible? And should i throw away the bad foods my mom thinks i'm going to eat for tomorrow? (Tortilini) And is eating canned, or 5 minute ready soups bad for you? Should i try going vegetarian (again, i failed 2 times)?

as for excersise i can't really jog/run outside, its filled with snow!! it goes all the way up to my knees! what can i do at home? (for example run up my apartment stairs in the morning?)

I put myself on a 1600 calorie & 60 grams of fat or less daily diet. I ate a lot of cereal because one serving filled me up & it was only about 100 calories, plus the milk of course. I created a spreadsheet in excell & wrote down everything I ate every day & made sure I did not go over my 1600 calories. I also ate a lot of campbells soup at hand, also only about 100 calories. I think I lost 5-10 lbs. I also did jump rope for 20 minutes a day 3 days a week. Good luck

leg lifts. crunches. and buy those weight tubes or whatever. also avoid foods high in fake or natural sugar. and greasy. don't starve yourself by eating salads.

being a vegetarian isn't good for athletic people, it's harder to get the stuff you need out of food so you can be more fit. get a good night's sleep, eat really healthy, stay hydrated.

lifting weights if the quickest possible way to losing weight.
especially lifting weights with your arms.
by the way, many girls think lifting weights is bad because they think they will become muscular, but to get a "body builder" type of body and be a woman is extremely difficult to get, and would only happened if you tried to get it.

less than 1000 calories a day. lots of liquid and fruits. and intense workout. :P don't over do it. you will turn into a ANoroxic .
