8 minute abs to tone belly?!
Question: i have been doing 8 minute abs every other day and at first my abs hurt so bad and I could barely do them again after 2 days. but now it hardly hurts at all and i feel like i can do the whole thing again right away. does this mean i need to amp up my ab workout? should i repeat the video and do it again? or does this just mean my abs are getting stronger and this is a good thing?

I've never tried 8 minute abs but about 8 months ago I did sit ups every day for about 2 weeks. I did 5 more each day and it showed a difference in a few days. What's more I still have a nicely toned stomach even though I havn't done another sit up since. So I recommend doing that!

If it really hurt the first time you did it then I think that means you need continue working on your strength. If it "hardly hurts" meaning theres a little pain involved then maybe you need to work a little harder so it is difficult for you. Then you know your getting something out of it. It should never be "easy".
