from what i understand it is based on a combination of obviously a break down of undigested food, but also when your body changes food into energy, water vapour and carbon dioxide are released into the blood stream and that can then leave the body through your lungs by breathing. Water is also lost through the skin then evaporates into the air. The total amount of water lost in this way is usually 2-3 lbs. and as you may know, although its more prevalent in certain bodies than others we gained fluid retention during the day!
hope this helps

you weigh less in the morning because all your food digested overnight, and chances are you havent eaten in a few hours because you've been sleeping. this is why you should eat most of your calories in the morning and not eat at night because you will weigh less in the morning!

Yes we do.
It's because our bodies have had 7-9 straight hours of fasting. Plus we usually eat our last meal about 3 hours before bedtime, so that ends up being almost 10 straight hours with no food.
A typical meal usually burns away in about 3 hours, and after that your body starts feeding off your stored body fat for energy. Remember, we use energy even while we're sleeping, albeit less than we do during the day.

Plus, the first thing you usually do in the morning is go pee, which can drop almost a half pound alone....

Yes, Some people roll in their sleep, also your sleeping away calories, and you probley disposed of your waist at some time. At the end of the day you have all the food from what you ate, and liquids, and waste in your system.

you weigh less in the morning because you havent eaten since last night, or probably not drank anything either. so after you use the bathroom, it can vary based on your size, your weight ranges about 3% daily because of water and food intake, so a few lbs maybe, but it is not fat that you loose, just water weight and absence of food
