Did you used to be heavier than you are right now? More so by like 10 pounds? That may be why, its excess skin. Otherwise...

It may be what you're eating for your meals. Are you eating fruits and vegetables with limited bad-for-you things, or 5 slices of pizza? Also, make sure you're not overeating, and while you're at it, look up portion sizes.

Don't deny yourself of food- if you're hungry, eat, just make it healthy. Fruits, vegetables, whatever. If you don't like those much (I don't!) there are tons of other substitutes-- a 100 calorie pack, a rice cake with epanut butter (my healthy favorite), granola bar, Saltines, whatever.

Don't drink too much juice-- half a glass a day, or a glass every two days, will do. It has a lot of sugar.

Make sure you're only eating when you're hungry, especially with snacking-- to make sure you're really hungry and not just thirsty, drink 1/4 bottle of water, wait 10 minutes, then see if you're hungry. Water cures your "hunger" 75% of the time.

Otherwise, you're doign everything right. You may want to do crunches to tighten up the ab area-- I'm a girl, about your age, happy with my weight, but have the same problem as you, I try to do 500 a day, breaking them up, (don't rush through them, take time to do it right) but usually I end up with 400ish.

Good luck, I hope I helped. :]<3

Don't skip meals, that's the worst thing you could do... Just do some leg lifts on the floor lying on your back and before you know it your lower belly will be gone! Trust me!

skipping meals wont make you lose weight.
period.
don't do it mkkk?

You can't target fat loss. Work on exercises targeting the muscles in those areas. Eat fewer calories and burn more exercising.

Cut back on the juice and switch to water and eat fruit instead. The juice is giving tons of extra calories and the fruit will be better way for you to get those nutrients.

There's bulimia, anorexia, and for a last resort, there's diet and exercise.
