I'm not on Weight Watchers. To me, despite what they claim, it still sounds like a "diet" with the points system.

Your sample menu sounds very similar to what I eat in a day, especially on days when neither my husband nor I have much time to cook dinner.

For breakfast, I have cereal with soy milk. Usually Cheerios and/or Honey Nut Cheerios (or the store equivalent, whichever is cheaper; If Cheerios aren't on sale, especially if I don't have a coupon, I buy the store brand). Something without corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup, partially hydrogenated oils, hydrogenated oils, anything artificial. (Even some of the "healthy" ones have that stuff in it. I don't even buy Kellogg's as they have that stuff.)

For lunch, I'll often have a veggie burger or some kind of veggie patty on whole wheat (all-natural without the aforementioned junk) with organic ketchup and steamed frozen veggies.
I'll also have some tofu cut up and stir fried in olive oil with either sweet and sour sauce or bar-be-cue sauce. Ive tried mustard and ketchup, but it doesn't "mix" as well.
Or, I'll have natural PB and natural fruit spread (like all-fruit, just the fruit and pectin) on whole wheat.
Sometimes, I'll have cereal for lunch when I need to throw something together in just a couple of minutes because I have a hungry baby wanting her lunch too. However, yesterday I got smart and put the veggie burger on the electric grill while I fed my daughter her sweet potatoes. (She's just a couple of days shy of six months.)

For a snack, I'll either have a slice of whole wheat toast with Smart Balance and cinnamon, some dried cereal (Life is good dry and I don't like it with the soy milk because it gets soggy), or some fruit.

Dinner varies. Sometimes it's the veggie "meat" on the grill if neither of us feel like cooking (my husband usually cooks since my daughter likes to eat when we do, so he would cook while I breastfed her; He still does, or I'll feed her her solids).
Whole wheat pasta with tomato sauce and steamed veggies;
Bean burritos with veggies in them on whole wheat tortillas;
Whole grain pancakes with real maple syrup;
I'm sure there's more but that's all I can think of.

Try these sites for some more ideas. Also, the Weight Watchers site does have a vegetarian board.

Also, just do a random search, i.e., "vegan eating" "vegan recipes" "vegan diet" "vegan lifestyle", etc.

I would have answered this last night when I first saw it, but it was time to put my daughter to bed. As it was, she got up while I was typing, but my husband took care of her. I hope this has been of some help.

Um, I don't think you get 30 points. It has to do with age, weight and activity level. I'm 15 pounds heavier than you and I am a teen and I only get 24 points so unless you're like really really active all day, that doesn't really sound correct to me. I guess the menu plan sounds good. I don't know how many points that would be though
