Actually, it depends on what you eat--
You don't gain weight from grapefruits and bananas (however if you eat too many grapefruits, or citrus in general, your skin will get really oily and look really bad). On the other hand, eating apples and oranges will make you gain weight (no more than 3 a day) because although they don't have artificial sweetness, they have natural sugars, which will make you gain weight. It's pretty much the same with vegetables...eat within a reasonable limit and keep a balanced diet, that's key. If you want to lose weight desparately, limit yourself to 6 bananas a day, for 3 days...you may lose as much as 5 pounds in that period of time. But don't do anything that extreme for too long, otherwise your body will get off balance and nothing good will come of it.
I wouldn't eat too may fruits you may get diarrhea. You shouldn't gain weight because fruits and veggies are good for you and don't have a lot of calories or fat
no you wont lose weight, you may get quite bloated tho! alot of fruit has alot of acidy stuff in it!
but fruit and veg are very low in calories and fat!
