A sexy strong back? tone and sexy core? need exercises?!


Question: i want a sexy back and i dont want no weeny back with my spinal cord sticken out

so....(mines not like that, i just want it more defined)
what exercises could i do????
the superman one doesnt work because i have a big pubic bone and it puts pressure on it instead of my stomach

A sexy back starts with a sexy abdomen. The abs support the back. I have put a link below.

As for the back specifically, I swear by swimming. If you can't get to a pool, try seated rows. If you can't get to a gym, try push-ups. They work your shoulders and back. Work up to 3 sets of 10 military style. Also, reverse crunches (on your stomach, raise the legs and arms at the same time).

Don't worry about building bulk. You can't do that easily if you are a woman. You will get firm.

Finally, easy does it. Stretch out your back gently. And rest a day between workouts.

Pilates.
