How can I get a body like a supermodel?!


Question: I want totally tone legs and a completly toned belly, I am completly flab though! Help!

And don't say don't eat, or just exercise and water only! I wanna look good! And I want to reduce my 36 inch waist!

Well, of course you will need to eat. The only way you are going to get the supermodel body is eating healthy foods (this does not mean you dont eat at all!) You should consume atleast 1000+ calories aswell as doing some excersises to tone the belly and your legs. Some good excersises you could do are sit ups, push ups, cruches (for your belly) and cycling to tone up your legs. You will also have to do some ammount of running if you want to see results fast because you need to burn the fat and tone the muscles underneath the fat tissue to show those abs of yours! and tonned legs. If you burn atleast 300-600 calories a day threw excersising you will see great results within a few weeks! Good Luck

Well, I'd basically say that you should excercise once a day... maybe yiou have one of those bicycle thingies that is just a cycling machine... slowly work up to the most resistance... a couple curl-ups... not many... 5 a day for a week then go 7 then 9 the next... also, eat healthy.

If you're living with your parents, tell them that NO MATTER WHAT, they can not buy you anything with: Artificial flavors, MSG, trans fat, BHT, artificial coloring, etc.. but not many fats... you probably have one of those natural foods stores.. try buying 2 packs of pepperidge farm cookies... per week for snacks.. AND keep to it... if you feel like your starving, you're gonna need to cook it yourself. Something like that >_<

If your not with your parents.. it'll be hard constraining yourself... but fast food restaurants kill.... a restaurant once every 2 weeks at most. I've been kept skinny (i think its too skinny so i tried to gain a bit) by my parent's strictness.... I hope that i have the same habits when i grow up... but for a few months ill try the fast food way cuz im trying to gain 3-4 lbs o-o
