If you want to get in shape you have to start by improving your diet and reducing your calorie intake. When you feel ready to excersize start slowly and increase your workout as you go. Each of your workouts should include both cardio and toning. For example, a 30 min power walk{cardio},20 lunges{per leg}, 40 situps, and 25 pushups.Workout tapes help a lot if you are unsure of what to do.
