HELP i need to know?!


Question: Ok so i am a rower at my highschool so i train vigerously on the rowing machines everyday after school so my arms and my legs are very toned but i have a muffin top! anrd my boobs are a 38 DD but i do crunches and they dont work for me and i also eat very very healthy is there anything else i can do !!

What is a muffin top? Do you mean tummy bulge? If so you can try changing the crunches a little. Lie on the floor in front of the couch or a chair. Place your legs up on the seat of the chair while your on the ground
. Doing the crunches this way, you are using the lower abdominal muscles, and it will tighten this area.
