Loosing some Pounds for a good summer body?!


Question: Anyone out there that knows some good tips to loose about 20-30 pounds in 3 months?

Do resistance training as well as cardio.. have a minimum fat intake diet..
as in only fruits and veggies.. and if you are to eat meat make it fish or turkey

do resistance training.. full body workouts..
look up what bear crawls/ quadrupedal movements are
there amazing

Run, run, and run some more. You still may not lose that much though, unless your overweight.

Don't forget strength training.

Run, swim, ride your bike, whatever you can do to break a good sweat. As always, eat healthy too.

dude im from colorado and in our place its very easy to lose weight because there are mountains near i place where i always climb.This is my tip for you get the machine BODY SLENDER its like a small platform where u can exercise and every 5 minutes in average speed u can lose around 55 calories so if u work out in this machine 5 hrs a day u will lose a pound per day.im now 110 before 160 in just 2 months.but in that two months i didnt eat anything.gud luck>>>
