I own a health and nutrition business and have taught fitness. Actually, this sounds pretty balanced, but I'd like to add something. Sit ups don't do much, if anything, unless you are doing them VERY slowly. You are much better off doing upper and lower crunches. They build a stronger core and flatten your stomach better - especially if you stretch well afterward. Also, as an appetite stopper, you can add orange juice. You want a real good appetite stopper? Heat some orange juice with a mass of cinnamon in it in the microwave and drink it hot. You get the vitamins, especially the vitamin C your body needs, and the cinnamon has the added benefit of helping your metabolism while helping to allay appetite.
I would substitute baby spinach for the lettuce, as most iceberg lettuce has almost no nutritional value. If you are going to eat it, you might as well eat something that gives you some vitamins while you're at it! LOL (And it's also heavenly on a Subway Turkey sandwich!! MMMMmmm!) And I would add a good quality nutritional supplement, which, by the way, should always be eaten with food - not on an empty stomach.
One other thing I would encourage you to do: Drink about half your body weight in ounces of water per day. That means that if you weigh 110, you drink 65 ounces of water - or 3 20 ounce bottles of water - every day. This will help to allay appetite, and wash out the toxins and extra fat and will just speed up the whole process.
You don't need to lose that much, so I hope you work more on building lean muscle and not so much on losing weight, per se.
Other than that, it sounds like you've found a decent plan. I think you'll do well on it.

It sounds really good....you didn't say how much weight you were trying to lose or how much you weigh....but it sounds like you have a good meal plan and exercise plan going...just remember to get lots of sleep...teens need 10 hrs of sleep a night.

For your salad, a serving is 4 oz and the also try to stick to the serving amount of 10 sprays of salad dressing because it has ALOT of sodium in it which makes you retain water and when you retain water it hinders weight loss. Also make sure you drink lots of water.

it sounds good...cut out most of your sodium and high fiber! perfect...just make sure to keep it up!

good luck!

thats tooo much excercise to keep up i beleive. good luck tho

don't get obsessed with all that exercise...you are growing u know
