Ok so I'm 18, I weigh 60kg, and I'm 5 Foot 9.

Sorry if you don't know kilograms, maybe its a UK thing!

Dude......you are not even close!!!

Your BMI is 19.5....

Underweight = <18.5
Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
Overweight = 25-29.9
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

i don't know kilograms that well cause i live in the United States but i definitely know you're NOT overweight

Nope definitely *NOT* fat.

BMI = 19.6 which is in the healthy weight range

in fact you could probably put on a few kilos and still be in the healthy range.

But I'm sure you already knew that, seeing as you always give great advice about body image and stuff. Maybe you should cut yourself a bit of slack. Remember those same nice things you say to others also apply to you too.

According to a calculator I found online, at 60 kg you weight 132 lbs. According to the CDC (Center for Disease Control), you're a healthy weight for your age and height. If you are dissatisfied with how your body looks, you may want to build muscle, since being within the healthy weight range doesn't mean that you're in good shape.

Being fat and being overweight are two different things. You are not overweight, but we really can not tell if you have excessive fat or lack of muscle. It's good to stay toned, and it's good to have a bit of fat for health reasons. Too little fat may make you look ripped, but fat helps keeps toxins away from the important parts of your body.
