How come some days I barely eat at all but other days I eat sooo much?!
Question: I'm not really trying to lose weight so I don't pay attention to what I eat very much but sometimes my boyfriend is like "you haven't eaten at all today" and then I realize "oh yeah I haven't" but other days I could eat a full meal and then an hour later be hungry again.

You need a good balance diet. Try to stick with morning, lunch and dinner little foods. If you are not too hungry, don't force like eating too much, but what's going on is that your sugar levels are up and down, and sometimes your body is fighting to get that energy back, and you are eating too much like eat eat eat... but this is not good.. also it's not good for concentration, or energy. Stick to balance diet daily, eat healthy but don't over eat... and men eat more than us... so don't be like your boyfriend, you'll put on weight more than he does. (depending on both differences of course) but if i ate what my husband eats daily, i'd be putting 10 kilos in a week!
