How can i have a BIKINI BODY by JUNE? especially i want to slim my legs.?!


Question: i want to be really sexy by june. i am a little fat in the legs my stomach is fine but i want to tone them up and lose some weight on the legs. please any help!

i went to a step aerobics class for a while, and that really works your legs!
running, cycling and swimming are other good excercises.

try combining 30 mins of cardio 5 or 6 times a week with 30 mins weight training 3 times a week, and with a good diet you should be well on your way to that bikini body!

be aware though, no matter how much stepping or cycling you do, your legs might not begin slimming right aware. unfortunately, we can't choose where we burn the fat so you might have to burn some in other places first!

I've been running/jogging for a while now, and I've done other things too (Tae-bo, walking outside, etc...) and I've found running to be the best exercise to tone and lose weight on the legs. You could also try pilates/yoga, they help to firm up muscles. Good luck!

Try Kick boxing! It really works on your legs! They will be toned in no time!

run, swim, jog, kick bozxing will do it but don't expect to have the results you want in such a short time, be patient and all things will come to you on time. just keep on exercising

I am siting on a stationary bike as I write this & bike riding is good for legs but I also do other leg exercises. maybe See if youtube.com has anyone doing let exercises. I think if a person wants to look their best they have to adjust slowly by eating right & exercising on a regual basis. Oprah is an example of what dieting does to a person. She has got to learn to love taking care of herself without junk food or overeating being the way to take care of herself. Learn to understand why to gained any extra weight you have. I tell people I have to eat a certain way for health reasons so I have no peer pressure but find out what you triggers are & learn how to think differently. Think long term not short term like by June.
