Need help getting nice lean arms, NO MORE ANGEL WINGS!!?!
Question: Hi everyone, i recently lost a lot of weight and im a 25 year old female. I do a lot of running but i dont focus much on other parts of my body. i really would love to have a nice shape to my arms. there not bad but i can tell the next step is the good ole angel wings, lol. so my question is
Do i have to go reps and if so, how many with what kind of weights?
Is there a site that shows tips for toning up arms while keeping them small for the ladies?

You can always look at you tube for exercises. I do push-ups for my arms. I also take one dumb-bell (8 or 10lbs) and hold each end with my hands and go over my head and push up---that seems to work.
hmm you should try small weights like 2-5kg for each hands. and try like 100 reps for each for 4 days a week or try for more if you can. also you can do press up with your knees bent. try take up boxing/karate or something like that
i asked a trainer at my gym about this one time - i specifically asked which weights i should use to get rid of these 'wings' and he actually told me the only way to get rid of them was cardio cardio cardio.
