Is This Normal?? I Am Heavy, But I Don't Look Fat I Am Chubby. How Can I Get!

Question: I'm 5'5-5'6 And I Weigh 193 Pounds After I've Eaten.

I Have A LOT Of Flab On My Tummy, And By My Abdominel Area, And I Have Flabbyness, On My Back. I Really Want A Body That I Can Love, Without Having Any Faults.

I Want Abs. A Lean back And Toned Lags. I WANT EVERYTHING TONED.

I No It's A Lot OF Work But Im Up For Itt.

Anyone Recommend A Schedule Of Excersises? That I Can Do Everyday?

I Do Situps. I Lift 50 pounds When I Do My Sit Ups. I Do Simple Excersises But With Extreme Weight Amounts. I use BOWFLEX. =P.

But I Need To Know The Proper Excersises For My Body.

If You Can Help You'd Be Greatly Appreciated. Thanksz. =P

first off, this isn't what you'll want to hear. but EVERYONE has faults. even the most confident people have something they don't like about them. super models and celebrities are no exception. but, here are a few exercises that can help tone the areas you's like:
well first of all, try some cardio. you can swim, run, jog, walk or anything along those lines. these exercises help with calorie burning, which basically eliminates weight everywhere. spend about half of the time you exercise on this.
the other half should be spent on strength training and other exercises.
try this one. get another person to help you, and lie down on your back. have the other person stand behind you, and hold onto their ankles. pull your legs up so they're facing upwards. have the other person push your legs down and you try to keep them from hitting the floor. try to do 20 at a time, no more or you will definitley be sore later on. this may seem easy, but it is harder than it looks. this exercise tones both your tummy, and legs.
next, sit ups. the common probem with these is that when you go up, a lot of people put the strain on their necks. this is why sit ups get so little results. when doing them, try to feel the stretch with your abdominal muscles. this will ensure you're doing the exercise properly. try to do at least 3 sets of 20 for the best results. this exercise will tone your tummy and back.
i would not recommend lifting heavy weights for doing exercises. it's so much, and takes a huge toll on your body. try to do them seperatley, and only 3 days a week at most. that way you have time for your body to recover. the last exercise i will recommend to you is the plank. this one is difficult and it helps tone pretty much everything. lie wih your belly down on the flloor. put your elbows up so that they are in line with your shoulders. then lift your whole body up and support your entire weight on your elbows. do 3 of these for at least 15 seconds each.
well that's pretty much it. i hope i helped! good luck!

My weight is all around my middle, which sounds like is your biggest problem area. With gas prices being what they are, and are likely to climb to, I suggest videos to do at home. They are really hard to put in that DVD player, but once you do, and just get into the rhythm, you will be pleased with yourself once they are over. I personally like all the Gilad DVDs. You can find a great selection on Ebay, or try renting them somewhere. He is good looking and the scenery where they were taped is gorgeous. Good Luck, I started at 195 too and now weigh 165. I'll never be perfect, but I just want to look a little better and feel better.

you should do a sport.

and the reason why you don't look "fat" is becasue the fat in your body is evened out throughout your body.

You need to eat right too, working out alone will not get you the body of your dreams. I recommend taking a protein shake called muscle milk. It tastes great.

Lifting the weights will not make the flab go bye bye.. You first need to run or do cardio to get the fat and flab off. Then it sounds like, if you really do all th weights... that you probably are already toned under the extra fat and flab. But 193lbs and only 5'5" is fairly overweight. You can search online for something telling you what you should weigh and other exercises. Look at like shape.com

Your doing half of the exercises right but your are going to end up just bulking up if you aren't careful. I recommend going to lighter weights and high repetition and combining that with lots of cardio such as running, biking etc. Go 50/50 that is, 50% cardio and 50% weights. If you aren't a runner, start with walking and then run little amounts for your walk. Every time you run a little, keep track of how long and then up it for further running distance. Try to get to 3 miles of running. The running will make your body lean and the weight will melt off.. Best of luck. You have a reasonable goal of July.

run at least a mile a day. if you can't then try a half a mile for a week than the next week try a full mile every other day then the next week do a mile a day. but make sure you run everyday and then once you become better in shape and less fatty then start lifting weights.
