I am 12 and a half years old.I weigh 130lb.How should I lose the fat,rolls,and l!

if you really want to you should ct out all sugary foods and foods high in fat than havee a healthy balanced diet but if you like junkie food treat you self to one day every other week a a treat also do some exercise such as swimming some running and any activity you may enjoy than you will see some results.

do you play any sports if so concentrate on those ...and don't eat fatty foods so often

you can keep eating the fat foods at your age cus your body needs them just cut down on how much you eat and you problem will be solved. and do situps for your fat rolls it takes time but it does work

Well, it's basically the usual diet and exercise thing.
If you are unsure about where to start then maybe try an extra half hour of exercise and no snacking between meals?

when your in the mood for chips eat a apple. Granny smiths taste the best =]

Have you gone through your "growth spurt " yet? If not when that happens it may take care of this for you. But something that you can do regardless that will be helpful is to walk daily. I know a woman that did no other exercise than brisk walking 40 minutes everyday and lost over 100 pounds in one year. If ypou can't put down the food then "hit the bricks".

It's really up to you to make a change. You don't have to give up all junk food, but make it an occasional treat instead of eating it daily. You'll be surprised how soon your cravings for sweets and chips and fatty fast foods will diminish once you begin to substitute healthy choices like delicious fruits and vegetables. Your self esteem will grow. You'll smile at your reflection in the mirror, and say, "It is so worth it." Begin with some moderate exercise like walking. At your young age, you have an advantage; you're not through growing, but you need to start eating well and exercising so you don't grow into an unhappy, obese young man.

I'm not an expert on the subject.. but i would say instead of worrying you'reself about losing the weight when you're so young and still growing it might be better to look at it differently. get involved in a sport, join a dance team, or just walk around your neighbourhood with sum friends. Ive done sports all my life and know i am better for it. not every1 looks like the super skinny models in the mags.. just try to get healthy. pay attention to what you eat, and how much (but not to the point of obsession) and exercise. even if ur just dancing around while u get ready. as for fatty food. treat yourself every once and a while. they always taste better when you're really looking forward to it and maybe haven't had it for a while.. hope this helped....
