no. its not about how much you eat, its about when you eat it.
Small portions in more meals.
your breakfast is fine- what cereal do you have?
you need to have morning tea- nuts or fruit.
Lunch: yes greek yoghurt is fine, but not the passionfruit bit. I think you should have some rye toast with avacado or something like that. you've already had skim milk today
Snack: lollies are fine, but not too many, and don't have this everyday. Swap with a salad or somethign small.
Dinner: yes to sushi.
Hope this helps.
Regular exercise is the key to loosing weight.
and being determined.

Hi there

5'5 118 seem very perfect. I don't know why you're trying to loose weight. How much are you planning to loose. I'm guessing about 5 lbs. Anyhow, your diet seems very good, but if you add 30 mins of cardio and about 20 mins of resistant weights, you will definitely get to your result quicker. I would say about 2 weeks if you can discipline yourself.

Good Luck

yes..but you must have more vegetables..you have all the nutriens

what people are saying that? your freinds?
no it's not too much, as a matter of fact it's not enough
Talk to a doctor
you don't need to lose weight
If you don't eat enough, and get enough of the right kinds of calories--(not the sugary ones from snacks)--from your food then your metabolism will SLOW down and your body will store calories instaed of burning them and you won't lose weight.
I'm 33, 5'6" and weigh like 140 or so, I don't know for sure, And I am healthy and don't need to lose weight
but I don't stress about my weight either, and don't even have a scale in my house

um...wheres the food??

just eat good and exercise
