Best way to get bigger? (No, not 'male enhancement')?!


Question: First off, lets get something straight. I'm not looking to have my dick stretched out...

With that out of the way, I'm 12 and currently in the 6th grade. I'm 5'11 and 152 pounds, but I need to be 6'0 and 170 buy August when I can play sports. I don't want fat, I'd say I've got plenty of that as is, but I still need to gain some weight. Surgery is out of the question, and over-the-counter growth pills are for fags.

I'm looking for something a bit more involved in diet and exercise. Just to give you a few ideas, what do I need to eat and how should I exercise. Please don't suggest anything expensive, as I'm broke. I've got a 200 euros, 78 GBP, and 7 USD (don't ask how). May I put emphases on the fact that I'm Greek and not American or British... Don't tell me to go to some gym.

Anyhow, just need some ideas and suggestions. Remember, I've got until August..

The only room for growth in this time frame is in your spine or, rather, the gaps inbetween the vertebrae. Stretching excercises will increase this interstitial space. The best one is to stand with your back to a wall with your heels, bum and shoulders pressed as hard as you can against it. Push your head back hard aginst the wall and try to make yourself as tall as possible whilst keeping you feet flat on the floor.

Hold it for ten seconds, relax and repeat ten times in a row. Do this whole excercise at least ten times a day.

The muscles in your body will start to support your back more rather than relying entirely on the spinal discs and you will grow a little.

Exercise the muscles u need to use most, for whatever reason.
Then after they ache and hurt, eat proteins, lots and lots of proteins to repair the broken tissue.
When it grows back, your muscles will be bigger and harder, to resist the tear and strain. Therefore you will slowly get bigger, not in fat, but muscle.

Preferable protien sources are chicken, fish, nuts and red meats such as pork, beef or lamb.

Well I aint' too sure how you can make yourself taller I think your body is in control of that one, but you can certainly make yourself more muscular.
Do you have weights? Dumbbells and a bench will do, or you may have to join 'some gym' (lol).
Anyway, when training, if you want to add size to your muscles you should aim for 3 sets of 8 using a weight you physically cannot lift any more than 8 times. Only train 3-4 times a week and make sure you don't train 2 days in a row, your body needs a day off to rest.
Cut back on junk foods, no need to cut them out altogether just ease off a little, and get more protein into your diets be it in the shape of fish, meat, chicken, protein shakes, whatever.
