Too much food?!


Question: Is this okay eating?
breakfast: cereal and skim milk
lunch: greek yoghurt with passionfruit
snack: a couple of natural lollies
dinner: sushi

im 17 118 lbs and 5'5
trying to lose weight

is this heaps too much?

That is absolutely not to much. It almost seems to little.

Your Body Mass Index is at a low normal and is almost at underweight.

Really you should just eat healthy and stop eating your meal when your full.

Instead of eating three meals a day you should eat 5 smaller meals through out the day so it prevents you from snacking.

Cut out pop because that alone can make you lose weight. People dont realize how much sugar is in pop and even the hidden sugars that are in the sugar free pops.

Excercise to. It takes your body atleast 30 minutes to get to a point where it starts burning fat so excercise atleast 45-60 minutes 3-4 times a week if not every day. Cardio is the best way to lose weight

The best thing that you can do is not to lose weight but to tone yourself. So do this by using weights when you walk. Stretching before every workout.

oh yeah right. That is not too much. However it's not about what you eat as it is about how much you eat. The portions are what matters. However, if you typed your numbers correctly, why are you trying to loose weight. I was 114 pounds and 5 '3ish and that was plenty thin. Be healthy and comfortable in your own shoes!

You are "trying" to lose weight??? Sounds like you shouldn't.... you are already small enough:( Sadly, if you do choose to take this dieting route, that's a good diet, but I don't think you need to diet hun:(

Not enough if you ask me. If you cut back on your food to much your body will rebel and go into starvation mode. You must lose weight by eating enough for your body to live and be active. Eat better. You can learn how to do this by going to see someone who really knows what they are talking about. Do not starve yourself. Seek proper help. I can not stress this enough. Good luck. XXXX

i really hope that your a girl! i say since im trying to keep in shape for gym i eat nothing fried. you should be good

of course not, u should also try to do some exercises too, it is so important to have a balance between what you eat and ur physical activities.

First i don't believe in diets, fitness is the only way to look good. But on the other hand that seems like a good amount of food if you are dieting i wouldn't cut your diet anymore though because you will start losing energy and feel tired and feel crap. AND gosh why you want to loose weight? You are no where near fat i beat you look fine and you are still really young you should be eating as much as you can to grow a strong body.
