Yep. Use this to calculate the amount of calories you need:

Then abide by those and you should remain the same weight for a while.

Just go with the Nicole Richie diet and eat a one carrot.

A salad made with romaine lettuce and baby spinach. Cherry tomatoes, grilled chicken breast, carrots, onions, peppers ( any other fresh veggie you like) and no dressing, no cheese, no bacon bits, and no croutons.

you want to eat more than 3 meals a day to keep your metabolism up. ahve like, 5 or 6 small meals.

for breakfast you can have yogurt and a gronola bar.
forr lunch you can have a peanut butter & jelly sandwich and an apple or something
and for dinner you can have veggs chicken and rice..
and then a snack of your choice.

Breakfast- Coffee, fresh fruit, instant oatmeal
Lunch- Sandwich, juice/soda, milk, savory snack and a sweet snack
Dinner- Pasta with light sauce, veggies, salad, garlic bread, soda and frozen yogurt desert.
Mmmm Mmmmm Mmmmmm

It is actually crucial to snack in between meals, this will help you to stay full enough to not binge when you finally sit down for a meal. I try to keep a protein bar (luna is my prefered brand, they have fairly low sugar and calories) or raw almonds with me in my purse for easy access. A good breakfast would be oatmeal (no sugar) with cinnamon, chopped up bananna, a handful of walnuts and a splash of fat free milk. A perfect lunch would be a turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread with all the fixings you like with light, lowfat mayo and mustard if you like. For dinner, it's usually fine to eat what you like just use good judgement and watch portions. If preparing spaghetti, use whole wheat pasta and lean ground turkey meat. Or swap beef for turkey in tacos. Hope that helps!
