How many caloriess...?!


Question: I suffer from anorexia and have my good days and my bad...

today was a bad day I woke up eating toast and tea for lunch fisha and chips and I just ate some salad.. i need to know how many calories i have just eaten.. how many pounds have i put on..?... anyway to lose the weight without throwing up?xxx.. but to lose the weight quickly.. like now...x

Your fine darlyn..don't worry, i was anorexic too so i'm not lying here

but you WILL NOT gain weight in one day , at max you have ate 1000 , i'm anorexic in recovery and i eat 1300 calories every day ... with 2500 on a bad day , and i have yet to gain weight ..... you'll be fine, just don't jump on the scales first thing tomorro as it wont be through your body yet,,,

you have 500 to 600 calories.. if that.You aren't going to gain any weight!! Eat more! :) You should go see a doctor.

well the toast=100 cals
tea= o cals<333333
fish= idk??? im vegan so i dont have meat calories on hand..sorry..
chips=300 calories aprox..
salad without dressing=100 cals..aprox..

its a bad day cause of the friedns chips =[
but its ok hun stay strong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
we will be skinny!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! work out for like 2 hours!! erase this half of this mess!!!
