Calories in the morning NOT counted...is that okay??!
Question: Every morning I have a breakfast of about 300-350 calories. Then I go to the gym, where I work out for approx. 1 and a half to 2 hrs. I always burn minimum about 400 cals. on a slow day.
So my question is, is it okay to count everything I eat for the rest of the day as the BEGINNING of my calories?
Or should I still count my breakfast towards my daily caloric goal of 1200 calories, even though I always burn it off at the gym anyway?
** P.S - I know it's a lot of #'s and it all seems strict, but my best friend and I are currently each trying to lose weight (30 pds. for me) and I'm on a mission, but i'm doing it the healthy way! : )

Yes, of course you should count those calories. You should count all that you eat.
1200 calories a day sounds like it might be a little low (depending on your height, weight, age) especially if you are working out for 1.5 to 2 hours a day. So therefore I might raise my daily calories a bit and count the breakfast.
Duh, you count your breakfast.
