Skinny??!!??!!?!


Question: I want to lose a few pounds for summer. I am not overweight or anything, and I know that I'm not, I just want a flatter stomach. No pills or ordered diet food, though... just a good way to flatten my stomach. What are good foods to get your metabolism going faster? Good exercises?

Do not fast!! eat a good breakfast every morning, eat lots of protien and try to stay away from sugar. the running is also a very good idea!

jogging and fasting. :) those will work the fastest. I've got to warn you though, fasting is not fun. If you've never fasted before I would just jog. Jogging really works.

a healthy balanced diet, a good jog everyday, and some abdominal exercises (crunches, situps, etc)

A spoon of peanut butter every morning will get your metabolism going and the 3 day diet . you will lose 10 pounds in 3 days and it works great you are not hungry.you can find it on the internet it has toast and peanut butter and beans and tuna and carrots and eggs and other stuff on it.
