How many calories do you think i had??!

Question: Bleh Im trying to lose weight.( But them Marinela Gansitos keep calling me)

I ate 1 cup of shredded wheat honey nut with 2% milk
Then i ate 2 Marienla Gansitos.
Then i just ate a handful odfdry shredded wheat honey nut
