Being fat is a function of height, bone structure, and weight, and there is no set figure for ideal weight only a range.
Weight changes with the seasons, most people put on pounds during - or just before - winter.
As you are working out you will initially notice a small increase in weight because fat is replaced by muscles tissue which is heavier than fat.
There are people who might be considered fat but are fit, so use commonsense to decide what weight range is best for you.
