Do is normal to eat rice?!

Question: Do is normal or healthy to eat rice everyday

Answers: Do is normal or healthy to eat rice everyday

It is absolutely fine to eat rice everyday, but if I were you, I would opt for brown rice which has a lower glycemic index and also has more nutrients. White rice has had all the bran stripped away and has little nutritional value by itself. The reason a lot of people eat white rice is because it is filling.

just ask any filipino - not only every day, but 3-5 times a day

uh yeah, rice has good carbs in it. chinese ppl eat it every day lunch, dinner at every meal.

well billions of indian, chineese, japaneese people do so yeh it probably is just fine, aslong as it's with soemthing else becasue it doesnt have a massive nutritional value.

Yes its goooood

Why wouldn't it be? Asians have eaten rice for centuries every day, and they are the longest living race out there.

im asian....so i eat rice at least once a day

it depends on your goals. if your trying to lose some serious pounds, no. if your trying to live a healthy lifestyle, yea its good. but be sure not to take too much b/c it can make you gain weight if you eat a lot of it.

please answer my question.thanks

LOL yes

Yes, it is both normal and healthy. More normal in some cultures than others, but there aren't any who would consider it "abnormal."

ask your great, great grandparents

You mean IS it normal. The answer is yes. Why wouln't it be normal. Rice is healthy because there is little fat in them but you should eat more whole grain foods.

I grew up in Japan, and we had rice at least two meals a day. It's great for breakfast because you stay full longer than with bread, and it can be eaten a lot of different ways.
Brown rice is especially very healthy, and the Japanese live really long!
