Is this good for a 6 meal diet?!
Question: 5:30am- 1/2 Regular Oatmeal with 2/3 2% Milk and 1 Splenda 4oz of OJ and a Womens weight loss vitamin
7:00am- Regualar Size Banana
10:00am- By this time I have already drank 16.9oz of water
10:01am- 1 1/2 cup of Plain Cheerios mixed with Apple Cinnamon Cheerios also with 2% Milk
12:00pm- By this time I have already drank two 16.9 Bottles of water
12:01pm- Sandwich with honey whole wheat bread, Light Mayo, American White Cheese, 4 thin sliced honey hams (Only about 11 calories each) and a small apple.
3:30pm-By this time I have drank three 16.9oz of water
3:31pm- 2 cups of Veggies & Potatos mixed together steamed and Bestlife approval
6:00- Lean Cuisine that was 280 calories and a small apple
***I have used the bathroom over 10 times today and I still have 3 hours till I go to bed*** Just in case you were woundering. I also have one more bottle to drink lol
I just wanted to kno if this was good for 6 small meals
I Exsercise almost everyday for about 35min Thanks

Your diet or meal plan is fine. I would consider switching from 2 % to 1 % milk but the rest is fine. Keep it up.
eat 5 or 6 small meals (a meal being a banana & a bottle of water or a sandwich & a bottle of water)
walk alot
drink plenty of water 8 - 10 8 oz. glasses daily so 64 - 80 oz. total
and yes exercise daily if even just 30 minutes

It all sounds good to me, little and often is the key.

You are eating too much in between,and having too much fats. have 3 meals a day and you can have snacks like an Apple or specail K bar in between Breakfast and Lunch and Lunch and Dinner.
