How many dumbell lifts should i do?!

I'd say lifting weights three days a week, with a day rest in between, would be an ideal schedule. This is what I do. I usually begin with a 10-minute warmup activity, such as walking or cycling 'cause that gets blood pumping to both your upper and lower body. Then I do a few light stretches before lifting. Doing 3 sets of 8 to 10 repetitions for each major muscle group should be good. Make sure you move in slow, controlled movements. And have a fun workout!

10 lbs is not much. You're gonna need more if you want to build some serious muscle.

workout 4 times a week and then take 2 days off
u should do 5 sets of 10
well since your stronger, I would recommened doing about 15-20 reps of 3-4 sets every other day :D
