Can anyone provide an effective weight gain shake that I might be able to use.?!

I reccomend to make your own. Here's one you can try, it's healthy and delicious and you can play around with the flavours/ingrediants:

1 banana
1 cup of yogurt(plain or your choice of flavour)
1 cup of vanilla or chocolate soy milk
1 teaspoon of honey
1 raw egg(you can't taste it or notice it in the drink)

blend together in a blender, drink cold and it is so good. if you drink this everyday you will slowly gain weight but if you want to increase the chance of gaining weight at a healthy level, add more yogurt. You can also add berries and other fruit, but I'd reccomend you stick with the yogurt and soy milk.
