im not quite sure... ive never actually tried... the human jaw might not be strong enough because theres bone in ur finger but ur ear is just cartilege... be sure you let me know what happens if you ever try

Absolutely. If you bite hard enough, you can bite it off. Many Most of the time they can re-attach it but it depends on how much nerve damage there is as to whether they will be able to use it. I have heard of animals biting off limbs.
