the best way to lose fat is to take in less calories than your body uses along with exercise. (45 min a day) 3- 5 times a week. Eat chicken and rice with vegetables and other healthy meals that are low in fat and well balnced. ( moderate porportions more often speeds up your metabolism.... VERY IMPORTANT!) buy a tub of ion-exchange whey protein isolate (known as whey) and drink a 20 gram shake before and after your workout. A well balanced diet with excercise is the only way. all the pills you buy to aid you can speed things up, but most make you feel cracked out and they are expensive. you need to get motivated and consistant. write down your wieght, measurements and body fat, if you can, and check your progress every 2-4 weeks. I f commit you will shed fat quick once your body's metabolism speeds up. Get Crackin!

do lots of cardio

sit ups sit ups sit ups / gut crunches / ab work outs

good luck

Quit eating piggy

Crunches. They are definitely the most effective.

Eat less,, Exercise more.....works for everyone...

i wouldnt know, i dont have a belly fat, but i guess exercising , dont eat fast food, eat healthy...why?? do u have a date???

exercise at least 3 times a week and eat right. Dont beleive any diet plane or exercise equipment. Just eat right and exercise it will work I promise you.

No sodas. No Empty calories(look it up). Cardio is a must(It feels great after you get into it for a bit). Drink more water to wash out subcutanious sodium that is sitting in your belly(water weight).

When you loose weight, you cannot stipulate which area it comes off. You just have to follow a sensible diet and exercise and the weight will disappear erventually, with a complete disregard for your wishes as to where it should go first. Been there, done that.

Breathing excersises?.....dumbass....lol

Surgery is the fastest. Though it does not provides long term results.
Other alternative is diet + properly done abs training. You will not achieve perfect results without both diet and training. You can use fat burner suplements if you want, but they are not mandatory and does not work well for everyone.

For exercise ideas, visit http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/exercise... . They have even movies to show how to do them properly, which is better than writing.

You really have to burn calories to get rid of any fat, no matter where it is. Two of the cheaper and simpler ways that most anyone can do are running and jump-roping. Anything that will get that heart rate up. If there are health concerns (with your heart, etc.) check with your doctor first.

Another factor that causes fat to collect on the belly (other than genetics) is stress. If you have time, try throwing in a yoga or medidation class as well, or at least try to recognize and eliminate things in your life that are causing you excessive stress.

Good health to you!

Situps, exercise,no fast food, crunches, salad, work really hard at it!

Go on a diet, and do excersises.

Good Luck!
