Do you really want to loose weight? I know its very frustrating to loose weight, but honestly you have to ask yourself, how bad do you really want to loose it. If you keep on giving up, its because you don't want it to loose it that bad. Its all in psychological. You have to learn to discipline yourself, and look at yourself and tell yourself is this how you really want to be. You can change, but its up to you. So also have to stop feeling sorry for yourself, and actually go out there prove it to yourself that you can do it.

I'm telling you this through experience, my life time I've gain a lot of weight, especially every time I'm in a relationship. After breaking up, I always noticed that I gained a massive amount. In my lifetime I've lost a total of 240lbs after 3 breakups. Each time was about 60-70 lbs, and I tell myself I need to loose weight and I go out there and execute it. Yes its hard, because I do get frustrated as well, but I just to keep on doing it.

Eventually, I see the weight drop and I see result. Once you see it, you will be very proud of yourself.

Diet tips, I'm pretty sure you know it already. Diet and Exercise is the main key. Stay away from junk food and fast food. Start a new lifestyle.

Remember, how bad do you want it. If you really want it bad, then you will get it, but if you don't want it that bad, then you will never get it. Good Luck

Don't start anything too extreme, cos you will undoubtedly go straight back to being overweight the moment u get tired of dieting & exercise. If you keep active and alert by just going for a walk, it helps. And you need to take your mind off being overweight and concentrate on feeling right. Why not join in some motivating activity, there must be some hobby that would get you away from your computer for a while!

If you are more than 3 stone overweight you are more than likely classed as ' Morbidly Obese '. If this is the case & you have a BMI of over 30, you may be able to get diet aiding tabs from your doctor. I think they are called Xenicol. They do help as they stop your body absorbing up to 40% of the fat you ingest. There is a side effect to this! You will find yourself going to the loo at least 5 - 8 times a day. ( And I dont mean wee wees!!! ). However, if you stick with it they do work.

try going to a slimming world club it has helped me and my wife. i have lost 2 and a half stone and my wife has lost 3 stone. give it a try
