I need motivation for losing weight!?!


Question: im fat but im healthy. i dont mind the way i look. my day is VERY busy so exercising is inconvenient. MOTIVATION PLEASE!

Think about how great your muscles will look once you're in shape. That's how I stay motivated.

eat healtier, i change my diet and cut out fries and soda and processed things, and im in college where i don't have a kitchen, i lost 4 lbs so far

If u don't have time to exercise u have a small chance of losing weight,we all have busy work schedules & work will never end , u have 2 start managing ur time so that u can find at least 30 min/day 5 times a week ,do simple things like brisk walking , swimming if u can ,or even better jugging
another thing that is very important u have to change the way u eat , no junk food except one meal a week , try to cut off fat from ur diet , plenty of fruits & vegetables at least 5 pieces a day , drink a lot of water 8-10 glasses/day

Eating less of everything always helps. If you don't mind the way you look, and you are healthy, what reason to lose weight? If you're worried about what to eat, try going with more fresh foods, fruit, veg, and drink juices not caffeine or energy drinks. If you have a lot of coffee or tea to stay alert through a busy day, that would certainly contribute, unless you are a weirdo like me who has no cream or sugar in hot drinks! If you can't find time to exercise, then the only answer is to eat less, or eat more healthier, but it won't be good for your respiratory system.
