How to stop eating mcdonalds?!


Question: how do i stop!?! i love the food even though everytime i go there i get a stomach ache! and don't tell me to watch supersize me, ive watched it many times and was disgusted at the moment but just went back to mcdonalds again. i dont like any other fast food place other than chinese. and i dont want to end up like overweight! what can i do to tell my parents to stop taking me there and to stop myself from even wanting to go there?

Constantly eating at McDonalds isn't a problem unless your constantly gaining weight. There are many people that eat there almost everyday, and look really slim. I can't say to eat the healthier foods, because they don't have any... I know, I work there.

But if weight is an issue, there are 2 ways to manage it with McDonalds. You can still eat the same amount, but work out more, because as long as you burn more calories then u intake, you'll still lose weight. The 2nd way is to have a little self control and eat less food. You say that when u eat there your stomach hurts, if you eat slower, your stomach fills up faster, and thus, your hunger goes away with less food.

I love the food too. Watch documentaries on how the meat in produced. i garuntee you'll never go again.

Just don't go!

First of all it's a proven fact that additives are put into fast food to make it addicting. The best thing I can tell you to do is to tell your parents not to take you there. Another suggestion is to go there but select salad instead of burgers and fries. You can also order the kid's meal and get apples instead of fries, a juice or milk to drink and of course, the chicken nuggets or burgers are small portions. You can donate the toy to charity or the church nursery, etc.

Have something with you, such as a PB&J sandwich or grapes or just anything you can bring with you when you go out. That way, when you feel hungry you can eat what you brought instead of feeling like you have to eat out. Make yourself eat what you brought with you and the hunger will subside, and so will the craving for McDonalds.

I know it's hard but just drive pass it and get something thats healthy for you. thats what i do or instead go to tha store and cook your own food, which is better cause you know what you like and how you want it.

The best way to stop eating at McDonalds is just not to go there. Eating at the home is best when trying to lose weight. Is the pains in your stomach after eating worth it? If you have to eat there because of your parents talk with them about how concern you are and if you still have to go their eat then order a salad or a grilled chicken sandwich and skip the fries.

Tincture of Ipecac - it is a liquid that will make you throw up - put some on your food each time you eat at McDonald's, then you will really stop... Of course, it would help to consult a Doctor to be sure my idea doesn't seem totally lame or dangerous to him/her... and maybe it would be helpful to see a psychologist to see if you have some issues with food that can be cured through psychotherapy...??

just don't go!!!!!!!!!!it is not very hard if you have self control!!!

Just tell them please stop taking me there i always get a stomach ache and why don't you just eat at home, then you won't be hungary and then you won't want to go there. You just have to use exercise your will power. And you can always start off slowly like go there less and less, then eventually not go there at all.
