OK i only answer the questions that I think I can help with or have personal knowledge about. So here you go. I have no cartilage in my right knee it was thought that I had a torn Minsk's but after a cat-scan they saw only a fraction of what I was supposed to have. Short of a knee reconstruction they just went in and rounded out the bone on bone part and removed what cartilage I had left and was told to live as long as I could before Reconstruction. And my L-5 all the way down to my S-1 is bad due to a car accident. Car vs semi "car lost". The best thing you can do is swim.. you body is not holding your weight and you work out muscles that you don't even know you have.. It works for me so I hope that It would work for you.. Good luck and I hope this helps a little..

There are latex bands you can get... I think they are GoFit bands. They have em on Amazon... they are like 30 bucks. You can tuck them under a door or step on them... its like a band flex gym.
Push ups and other exercises can still be done
see link below
comes with booklet

that guy doesnt know what he's talking about. its fine for you to do exercises, just dont push yourself.

i was injured overseas and have multiple herniated disks and a fracture in my spine...
start with light walking ... about a mile to start with. every week increase it by a half mile. after you are comfortably walking for 45-60 minutes, try moving to an elliptical with low resistance and on low incline for 30 minutes. gradually move up to 45-60 minutes.
Yoga and light resistance training helps when recovering from injuries too.

Swimming is excellent too, it keeps the pressure off your joints and is great exercise.

Do sports, delete dinner from your food list for 1 month and eat less than before. drink more water daily this can help that your body gonna be healthy and run 4 kilometers a day. when u have lost weight u can come to normal daily foods easily
