How do i tone my thighs?!
Question: my thighs are a little muscular from gymnastics
but it has sone flab on the inner part
and thats then only fatty part of my body
i want to know how to get rid of that
i dont want to go on a diet cause i dont have alot of fat anywhere else
im about 5'2 and a size 3-5, 125 lbs
i just want my legs to look longer and skinnier with some sort of leg workout
any suggestions?

Your best bet to "spot" reduce the leg session is to combine a resistance workout with a cardio session such as:
leg lifts
squats (no weights)
Lunges
then follow up with a 30minute high heart rate cardio session like jogging / running. Swimming is also fantastic but lap at a consistent rate with a 2 lap sprint at the end.

Pilates works great at toning muscles. You can pick up any Pilates DVD and just work on the leg exercises if you want, although it is really relaxing and you might just enjoy the other exercises too - especially since you are already in good shape.
