How do you make a fat-reducing juice/drink?!
Question: Can someone give me steps to making a juice that reduces size of my tummy and lowers body fat % (percentage)? I am at about 70-80 kg/12 y.o./5'7'' and a half. I don't want steps that need special powders, but normal kitchen stuff is okay. If that's impossibe, can somebody give me a daily diet plan?

butter milk =yogurt two tbs + one cup water + pinch of salt + roasted cumin powder is very good to reduce fat.it should be taken before every meal.
Anything with L-carnitine is supposed to make you slim... It burns calories or whatever...
We don't know your lifestyle, your muscle mass, anything. I suggest going to a dietician and getting their advice, as it'd be the most effective. As for a "fat-reducing juice" I really doubt there is such a thing. You could blend fruit and ice in a blender, and make a fruit smoothie.
