Help i need to gain some serious weight?!


Question: please read its not that long!!!

ok so im 13 nearly 14 and weight like 82 pounds!!! i absolutelly hate that im this skinny and because of it im losing my confidence
i eat LOADS literally i have breakfast sub and a cheeseburger from the market at least once a week and like two pizzas a week and millions of choc bars but dont gain ANY weight
HELP I LOOK ANOREXIC
please give me any tips on how to gain weight

dont eat fast food...try pasta, and foods with a high number of carbs (google it to find a list) try going to a gym to put on muscle mass/or lift weights..dont use treadmills or machines that increase heart rate, and dont drink pop or caffeine...i have to gain weight too and this is the type of lifestyle i am instructed to do as i have a low body weight for my height...i know its not fun for people to think you are anorexic when you eat:)

Your Dr. can put you on a diet to help you gain weight, don't try by eating junky foods.

^yeah i agree talk to your doctor. dont stuff yourself... thats unhealthy. your doctor can help you get to your healthy way the right way.

hey i had the same problem. dont eat fatty foods because eventhough you are not gaining weight your cholesterol is going up and if you dont take care heart diseases will come up. you are only 13 and trust me, when you are 19 and up, you will love yourr body because you will gain weight but not a lot and youe body will look normal. Many gilrs will envy the fact that you are not fat at all and will ask you what is your secret to keeping that shape and you will say: eat.

DONT EAT FAST FOOD!!
ask your doctor for a special bar that will help u gain it the healthy way
