Don't let it affect you if you are happy with the way you are.
If you are fat and want to change it, eat better and start doing cardio.
Retrain your mind. The media tells us we should be so thin, and often, the average person gets sucked in to believing this. They will then tell you you are fat even if you are not. Realistically assess yourself-- NOT in comparison to anyone else!
