I would get protein powder,
I prefer MuscleMilk, it has good taste, but it has some fat, but good fat.
100% Whey is also very good.

now to blend it, it depends on what flavors protein you have,
like chocolate would tast good with:
-milk and banana
-strawberries and milk
-peaunt butter, banana, and juice

vanilla would taste good with:
-milk and banana
-strawberries and milk
-cran-raspberry juice and strawberries.

etc,

you can email me if you have any questions about how to mic what flavors :D

Well if you're looking to build muscle protein powder would certainly help...but otherwise you could use milk or peanut butter.

For mine I sometimes use bananas and peanut butter with whey and milk...

Depends what you like, and if you use quality ingredients you should have a quality shake

Here's a basic shake recipe:

1 cup skim milk
1 scoop chocolate 100% Whey Protein powder
1 medium banana
For a weight gainer, add two tablespoons of natural peanut butter.

Blend in a blender. To make it frozen, add a few ice cubes.

Variations:

Instead of bananas, add frozen blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, cherries or strawberries.

Other ingredients you can try include:

- 1 packet instant oatmeal
- dried coconut
- pineapple or orange juice (tastes best with a vanilla flavored powder, versus chocolate), subsitute for the milk
- 1 tablespoon of flaxseed meal

I've also added a couple links below to sites with additional recipes.

Best of luck!
