Girls stop growing about 16. In the next 3 years, you can expect your chest and butt to expand, and your long-bones to lengthen. All being told, if you're 5'4" at 13, you can likely expect to see another 1-3 inches a year. If you eat well, and engage in moderate exercise, you can probably expect to be somewhere firmly between your parents by the time you stop growing (or, you could even see a spurt that puts you over 6'... I've heard of cases like that!)
Regardless, be happy with whatever height you end up at, and if you still want to be taller...buy platform shoes.
Now, if the reason you are so concerned over your height is because "short people are pushovers"... Not bloody likely. I've seen people about 5' tall walk into a room, and EVERYONE takes note. It has to do with confidence and attitude. If you expect (and accept) people to ignore you because you're short, they will. If you refuse to accept it, and simply become supremely confident, people WILL notice you. Oh, and you can also do other things. I have a friend whom is not that much taller than you who won a martial arts match at a tournament because he touched the back of his 6' tall opponent's head with his foot while standing in FRONT of him. The guy walked out of the ring shaken, not expecting someone that short and fat to be that fast or flexible!

No this is average. You're around the age of getting growth spurts. Based on your parents you can expect to get to 5"6-5"8
you are quite tall to be 5'4 and 13. I'm 13 and only 5'0. i think when u reach 18 u would probably be almost the height of your parents. but it really depends

You are just fine. You'll probably grow another 2 to 3 inches by time you hit 16 since you are a girl. After that you'll probably be done growing.

If you're only 13,then you are still growing.I'm sure you'll get taller,and if you don't,then it's ok,because I'm only 5'3".
