How am i doing???!


Question: ok, i am trying to go on a loose diet, and this is what i've eaten so far(i'm trying to eat 5-7 small healthy meals):

8:30am - 2 small pieces whole wheat toast

10:30 - 1 rasberry yoplait yogurt

12:30 - 2 egg whites, 1 slice (sandwich) ham,1 slice cheddar cheese (like a breakfast sandwhih w/ no bread)

2:15 - a pear


ok, thats it so far. how am i doing? what should i improve for 2morrow? what else should i eat 2day to balance out my diet?

sounds very healthy so far! maybe some meat for dinner? (red) a few more carbs, and some more fruit? nuts also. and you could also sneak in abit of what you fancy!

wel you shoud not eat eggs evry day eat a peice of meat as well and nuts

not well seeing that u are 13 and the only 95 pounds ! come on if u want boys to ike you u are not going the right ay about it xxx
