What are the best exersises to do without equipment to tone/firm thighs and bum?!


Question: i dont have access to a gym and cant afford to buy eqipment, so whats the best exersises to do to tone and firm my bum and thighs? they look a bit flabby and ive had enough!

also, whatever exersise you recomend, if possible could you give me an idea of how many to do daily and how long it will take?

It may sound silly but just running up and down the stairs! Its great! =)

Step up and stairs!!! I got a smokin butt!

Try doing wall sits. See if you can hold it for a minute.
Do it about 25 times a day and you'll have firm thighs and a butt soon.

I bought it at Wal Mart and it was 9.99

I used this before going to the gym and I lost about 15lbs in three weeks, not healthy though because you are supposed to lose a pound a week. It was so fun I was doing it an hour or two a night.

It has targeted exercise segments (10 minutes each) for buns/thighs, abs, arms, relaxation, and whole body.
It's good even if you're a beginner and have never even heard of it.

If you cannot buy it, I would suggest that you look up Pilates movements for buns and thighs online so you can see the movements and practice them.

I would suggest that you do anywhere from three sets of a 8-12 reps per exercise. Going slow will really tone your muscles. It'll probably take only 20 minutes a night to complete a whole circut. You can do them over again if you feel like.

The best thing that I know of to tone your butt is squats. IJust do a few of them throughout the day or when you get the chance to and it will helo alot. do them and I get compliments all the time. But I am still wondering about the thigh one...

You are a very intelligent Earthling. You realize expensive exercise equipment is not necessary in order to have a toned body. During the recession a gym is a waste of your money. You simply need you own body weight and the Earth's gravity for exercising.
Best exercise for toned bum and thighs for humans:

LUNGES:
Start standing upright, feet together.
Step Right Foot forward as you lower your back knee to one inch above the ground. Keep front/right knee at right angle, knee straight above you foot, not going forward past your foot. Back leg should also be at a right angle.
Push back up to standing.
Step forward with Left leg.
Alternate for 10 on each side.

Side Lunges - a little harder.
Do same things but instead of lunging to the front, step out to each side.
