How can I lose 10-15 lbs fast? I weigh 123 or 120lbs?? & im only 14 year old gir!

you shouldn't lose more than 2 pounds a week and that should easily be done by eating healthy and exercising

How tall are you? If you're 5'5-5'7 then you're skinny but if you're short you might be a little chubby, you need to exercise and watch what you eat!

It depends on your height but if you want to lose weight on your calves thighs and belly do jumping rope and jog and do sit ups. Also eat less protein and fat and more carbs

Dont eat sweets

and just search online for some tips

About the weight... HAve some vegetable oil. Drink it... As it is...
