Best way to put on as much lean muscle mass as possible?!


Question: I was wondering what method would be more effective if my goal is to gain lean muscle mass. The gains do not need to be entirely toned muscle, but I do not want bulky muscle:

Method A- Take Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass two times a day

Method B- Take Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Gold Standard along with Optimum Nutrition Creatine Powder two times a day

Method C- Take Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Gold Standard along with Optimum Nutrition Creatine Powder immediately after my workout, and take Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass about an hour and a half after my workout

method c. i take it that your counting calories already and that your diet is sound already, thats where u get your muscle from, not the suppliments. make sure your workout is made of mostly compound lifts like squats, deads, bench, dips, rows, chins, etc. make sure you dont overtrain (its easy to do) and that u get plentty of sleep every night too. those things matter alot more than what suppliments u take. but yea u got the right idea on c

taking creatine before working out works the best for me, protien powders don't seem to do much for me
